H.R. 2053 will support schools, like the University of Arizona, that have mining programs which train and educate the next generation of mining and mineral experts.
WASHINGTON, DC—U.S. Representative Martha McSally today released the following statement regarding the decision by the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers to propose a rule to repeal the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule and substantially redefine it to be consistent with Supreme Court decisions and long-standing practice:
WASHINGTON, D.C. –U.S. Representative Martha McSally (R-AZ) today introduced the bipartisan Veterans’ Entry to Apprenticeship Act. The bill would allow veterans to use their educational benefits to enroll in pre-apprenticeship programs and would provide returning veterans with a smooth transition to the civilian workforce.
