By U.S. Representative Martha McSally
I’ve long believed that leadership means more than talk; it means getting results. During my first year in office, we achieved many important victories to make our community stronger, and aim to continue that momentum in 2016.
On Feb. 2, the Obama administration announced its intentions to retire our entire A-10 Warthog fleet and half of all our EC-130H Compass Call aircraft. Both moves would significantly reduce missions at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and harm Southern Arizona families.
TUCSON – U.S. Representative Martha McSally today released the following statement after the President’s address on ISIS at the Pentagon.
“People I speak with in Southern Arizona are rightfully concerned with the Administration’s slow and reluctant approach to ISIS. We have been missing leadership with resolve, and still lack a bold, aggressive strategy to take out ISIS’s critical capabilities, put them on their heels, and keep Americans safe.”
